Claudia Brantley, Esquire, M.B.A
Claudia Brantley heads the Firm's Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation and Family practice. She has hands on experience in areas of Bankruptcy (Chapter 7, 12, & 13), Contract Law, Consumer Law, Debt Settlement, Foreclosure and Family Law. A retired Officer in the U.S. Army, Claudia served in the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, providing legal support at Division Level Command to active duty military personnel. As a former Consultant, Of Counsel, and Supervising Attorney for numerous bankruptcy law firms, Claudia has collected valuable experience in Bankruptcy and debt-related matters.
Prior to becoming the experienced attorney she is today, and even prior to earning a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Claudia came from a banking background as a Financial Specialist with Wachovia Bank, N.A. As a Financial Specialist she consulted with clients on financial matters which involved budgeting, investing, retirement planning, and business planning. She also served as a Bankruptcy Specialist for HSBC Finance Corporation.
As a Veteran she proudly represents Service-Members by providing pro bono legal services through Broward County Mission United Veterans Pro Bono Project.
Claudia is a member of the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court - Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court - Northern, Middle, Southern Districts of Florida. She is also a licensed Real Estate agent.
